Working with the Village of Glen Ellyn, Houseal Lavigne developed an immersive 3D modeling solution to support redevelopment and placemaking within the community’s established downtown. Created using GIS and advanced visualization tools, the model enables staff, elected officials, and decision-makers to evaluate development proposals in their existing context and understand the visual implications of regulatory decisions. The resulting platform provides a powerful and engaging tool for informed decision-making, redevelopment planning, and downtown investment.
